Mark was born on August 7, 1964, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Morris and Connie Dayley. He spent his childhood on the family farm in the Portneuf Gap, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for life.
Mark met his soulmate, Kathryn Tolman Dayley, in Pocatello, and they exchanged vows on April 30, 1994. Their love was a shining light, and together they built a beautiful life filled with laughter and joy.
