Dale Robert High
January 7th, 1959 - July 8th, 2024
Dale Robert High, 65, of Rigby, passed away July 8, 2024, at his home. He was under the care of his loving family and Symbii Hospice.
Dale was born January 7, 1959, in Joliet, Illinois, to George Dale High and Donna May Howell High. The family moved from Illinois to Arizona and finally to Idaho Falls where Dale grew up. He attended Bonneville High School.
Dale made his home in Rigby where he worked as a welder and a long haul truck driver.
He enjoyed horse back riding, fishing, hunting, camping, the outdoors, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved having his whole family together during all the outdoor adventures.
Dale is survived by his daughters, Tara (Levi) Steed of Afton, WY, Sheena (Roger) Johnston of Ririe, ID, and Kristine (JT) Berrett of Rigby, ID; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; sister, Ramona Clyde of Shelley, ID; brother, John (Rose) High of Shelley, ID; and Tina (Terry) Rollins of Idaho Falls, ID.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Donna High, and brother, Clifford High.
A Gathering for family and friends will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road.
