Deborah (Debbie) Lynn Fowler Hagen, passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2023, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Debbie was born on May 16, 1952, to Alfred and Margaret Fowler in Blackfoot Idaho.

In the summer of 1968, a blind date changed her life. It was then she met the love of her life Gary, whom she would go on to marry in the Idaho Falls Temple. Debbie and Gary recently celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary on October 10th. They made their home in Idaho Falls, where they would raise their six children. D’Lonna (Greg) Steiner, Brandi (Jason) Onken, Laurie Hagen, Jamie Hill, Gary (Shar) Hagen, and Ashley (Phil) Shearer. She adored her 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Debbie was an active member of the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved her ward and especially her Relief Society sisters! She always talked about her friends that were “such a blessing” to her. She loved going to Fit And Fall Proof exercise class, craft fairs, and lunch with her special friends.

Debbie was proceeded in death by her parents, a brother, and two daughters.

We love you so much. You are the kindest, sweetest, friendliest “little lady”. Everywhere you went, you smiled and made a friend!

We are beyond blessed to have you as a wife, mom, sister and best friend. Always and Forever!

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2023, at Brentwood Ward, 2040 Brentwood Drive, with Bishop John Collins officiating. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior at the church. Burial will be in the Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery.
