Jay Willmore

Jay Leslie Willmore, 79, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025. Born on November 30, 1945, in Rexburg, Idaho, he is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jeri Ann; children Wendi (Brett), Burkley, and Kelli (Ricky); grandchildren Andrew, Whitni, Katee, Ava; and great-grandchildren Hudson, Holden, and Nova. A visitation will be held at 10:30 a.m., with the service directly following at 11:30 a.m., on Monday, January 13, 2025, at the Fourth Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rexburg, Idaho. Interment will follow at Rexburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mayo Clinic, the LDS Missionary Fund, or a charity of your choice.
