It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Jennifer Rhodehouse passing.

She peacefully departed on October 5th, 2024 at EIRMC, surrounded by her loved ones after suffering a stroke on September 28th.

Jennifer Fried, born in Idaho Falls, Idaho on August 27 1975 was raised with love by her parent Robyn K. Fried and her grandparents Rial and Audrey Allen.

Jenny’s early years were spent in Idaho Falls, Idaho until age 3, followed by 6 years in Soda Springs, Idaho with her family.

In 1986, she returned to Idaho Falls. She attended North Bonneville JR. High and then Bonneville High School, where she formed lifelong friendships.

During her junior year, she met her first husband Brent McCann. They married on July 22, 1995 and had two children, Sierra and Kaiden.

Jennifer worked at Pinecrest Diner, Perkins Family Restaurant, and at Albertson’s where her first husband Brent worked.

They resided in Idaho Falls until Brent’s untimely passing due to health issues on December 4, 2016.

Jenny, a devoted single mother, raised their two children with love and care. After some time, she found happiness again with Corey Rhodehouse.

They married on July 6, 2019 and Jenny and her children moved in with Corey living in Teton, Idaho.

They were married 5 wonderful years until her passing.

Jennifer formed lasting bonds with people wherever she went and worked and always had a ready smile and laugh.

She was always friendly and cheerful, willing to help those in need without a second thought.

Jennifer is survived by her devoted husband of 5 years, Corey Rhodehouse and her daughter Sierra McCann of Teton, Idaho, her son, Kaiden McCann, her grandson Alikaide McCann, her brother, Jeff (J.J.) Fried of Shelley, Idaho and her mother-in-law (Brent’s mother) Patricia (Mel) Holbrook of Thompson Falls, Montana.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Rial and Audrey Allen, her mother Robyn Fried, her husband Brent McCann, her nephew Teegan Fried, and her niece Jayde Fried.

A card box for sympathy cards and donations will be at the entryway of Flamm Funeral Home for those who wish.
