In loving memory of Jeremy Ryan Marcotte, born in New Jersey on November 11, 1988, and embraced by the early morning light on May 26, 2024, at the age of 35. From the age of 15 months, he found his home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where he flourished.

Jeremy’s passion for nutrition and fitness illuminated his journey. Jeremy’s educational background was based heavily within the field of nutrition. He completed higher education at Idaho State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, as well as his Master’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences.

Shortly after becoming a personal trainer, Jeremy joined the world of competitive bodybuilding, and stepped on stage for the first time at the 2016 NPC Idaho Cup. Jeremy competed at 6 national qualifying shows and 5 pro qualifiers, for a total of 11 competitions. He received his Pro Card in July 2022 at NPC USAs.

Jeremy was a co-founder and head coach for Peak Level Physique. He was a beacon of motivation at Golds Gym, guiding countless individuals towards their fitness aspirations with unwavering support and encouragement.

But beyond his professional achievements, Jeremy’s spirit radiated warmth and joy. With an infectious charisma and a quick wit, he effortlessly drew others into his orbit, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him. His zest for life knew no bounds, exemplified by his love for skydiving, a thrill that mirrored his fearless approach to every adventure.

Jeremy’s love knew no bounds; it was a beacon that illuminated the lives of all who knew him. His devotion to his friends and family was unwavering, a testament to the depth of his caring heart.

Jeremy leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, cherished deeply by his parents, Scott and Lisa Marcotte of Lakewood, Colorado; his sister, Chelsey Fleishman (Marcotte); brother-in-law, Christopher Fleishman; his two nieces, Adaline and Emersyn of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; his girlfriend, Maribel Rivas of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his beloved goldendoodle, Benny; and a host of cherished family members and friends.

Though he may have left this earthly realm, Jeremy’s spirit remains eternally woven into the tapestry of our lives. His memory will be our guiding light, illuminating our paths until we are reunited once more. Forever in our hearts, Jeremy, your love will endure through the passage of time.

Services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends from 4-5:15 p.m. prior to services.
