Joseph Dewey Blackburn, formerly of Iona, Idaho, passed away at the age of 39 on September 4, 2023, in Roxboro, North Carolina.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the Iona Stake Center, 7555 North 55th East. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will follow.
